2015 PD World Latin III

What had caused the delay in getting the PD World Championship results published here was a chain of unfortunate events and - at the source of everything - a human error.

One of the adjudicators had failed to properly validate his or her PD licence. Without a panel of 12 properly licensed adjudicators annexed to the results, their publication here is automatically blocked by the system.

Troubleshooting on a Saturday or Sunday is subject to the availability of parties that consider a weekend to be the time when they don't work ... Conclusions?
