Two Worlds in Ostrava

2013 PD World Latin © Jan Palider The CEZ Arena in Ostrava is the home of the Vitkovize Steel ice hockey team. Czech League and European Champions League games are played there regularly. Next year it will be one of the two venues where the IHHF Ice Hockey World Championship is staged.

But prior to all that, the arena will be host to top-level DanceSport - as it did on numerous occasions in the past. Last time in 2013, with the memorable WDSF PD World Latin! Two World Championships will be held there in 2014. Next weekend!

The 2014 WDSF PD World Showdance Latin is danced on Saturday 4 October and the 2014 World Latin on Sunday 5 October. Visitors to this website will be able to follow both championships almost every step of the way. Or almost!
